Starting from 8:00 p.m. on May 24, the passage of people through checkpoints on the border with Georgia will be stopped because of the enhanced security measures during the "Last Call" celebrations at schools, the press service of the South Ossetian KGB reported on May 23.

"At 6:00 a.m. on May 26, the operation of the border checkpoints will be resumed in the usual mode," announces the KGB of South Ossetia on its page on Facebook.
