In South Ossetia, a court pronounced a decision to fine and expel to Georgia three persons found guilty of violating the border. Another detained person is considered by investigators as a deliberate violator of the border, and a criminal case has been instituted against him.

Today, the court has pronounced a similar verdict against David Mishelashvili, another resident of Tbilisi. These three residents of Georgia, as well as Vazha Gaprindashvili, a resident of Gremiskhevi village of the Dusheti District of Georgia, were detained on the border on November 9 and 11.
