MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh counts 1339 perished soldiers

Today, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of Nagorno-Karabakh has released data on other 37 military servicemen, who perished in the conflict zone. The total MoD's death toll makes 1339.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 10, the MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh published a list of 81 names of its perished servicemen. Thus, from the onset of the conflict escalation till November 10, the MoD reported the death of 1302 soldiers.

On November 10, an agreement between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia on the cessation of the hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh came into force. According to the reached agreement, the Russian peacemakers are deployed along the contact line in Nagorno-Karabakh and along the corridor connecting it with Armenia.

Today, the MoD of Nagorno-Karabakh has updated the data on its losses, reporting other 37 soldiers who perished in battles. In total, according to the MoD's updated data, 1339 military servicemen of the Defence Army have perished since September 27, the "Interfax" writes.

The released list contains names of 37 men born in 1965-2002, including 14 volunteers and seven reservists, the "Sputnik-Armenia" informs.

Each family of a soldier, who died or was made disabled in the battles in Nagorno-Karabakh, will receive, within 20 years, from 58 to 82 million drams (USD 120,000-160,000), the head of the Armenian Military Insurance Fund promised on October 25.
