"Project" discloses data on secret real estate of Kadyrov's retinue
Fatima Khazueva, the finalist of the beauty contest, who enjoys Ramzan Kadyrov's favour, owns a luxurious mansion in Grozny; she, along with Ramzan's wife, possesses apartments in elite residential complexes in Moscow. This is stated in the investigation of the edition named "Project".
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in July 2020, the "Project" published an inquiry into the assets worth hundreds of millions of US dollars, which Kadyrov and his adviser Adam Delimkhanov dispose of through nominal owners.
Apart from Medni Kadyrova, Ramzan's official wife, he patrons Fatima Khazueva, who in 2006 took the second place in the Chechen beauty contest, the investigation says. In particular, Fatima owns a "palace" located opposite Ramzan Kadyrov's residence.
She also owns an apartment in Moscow of 130 square meters in an elite residential complex.
In 2017, another apartment in the Russian capital with an area of 200 square meters passed into Khazueva's ownership, the inquiry asserts. "An apartment of a slightly smaller floor area costs there now almost 200 million roubles. It is unlikely that Khazueva could have earned money for all this," the "Project" says.
