Nina Tseretilova states kidnapping of her children

Former relatives of Nina Tseretilova, a resident of Makhachkala, have failed yet to fulfil the court's judgement of March 24 that ordered the return her three children to her.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 24, the Supreme Court (SC) of Dagestan ruled in Nina's favour, who had challenged her ex-husband's right to custody their children. The woman became known after resonant publications about domestic violence victims.

Nina Tseretilova, a resident of Dagestan, has turned to the police claiming that her ex-husband had kidnapped her minor children and, contrary to the SC's decision, would not return them to her. According to Nina's words, her ex-husband's relatives are categorically disposed not to return the children to her and declare that she "will never see them."

"Yesterday (April 14), I went to Buynaksk; I managed to talk with Akhmed, the father of my ex-husband Magomed. He cursed and pushed me, asking us to leave, claiming that at night the children were taken away – he wouldn't tell where, and I would never see them again; they'd never be shown to me," the "Novaya Gazeta" has quoted Nina Tseretilva as saying in the April 15 publication.

As Nina has explained, she and her advocate were waiting for an execution writ from the court in order to get the children back. However, relatives of Nina's ex-husband, who now keep the children, made nothing to fulfil the SC's decision, although advocates had contacted them.
