Participants of fight in Magas apologize to police
Three participants in a fight in Magas, during which a policeman was injured on March 30, apologized to law enforcers.
The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on April 2, the Investigating Department for Ingushetia of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reported about a fight in Magas, during which a law enforcer was beaten. The ICRF’s Department for Ingushetia reported that one person was detained. According to the investigators’ version, the incident occurred on the afternoon of March 30. A group of people attacked the policeman who was on duty.
The participants in the mass fight in Magas apologized to the police. Today, a video of the apology has been posted in the “Fortanga” Telegram channel.
In the video, Khussein Sapraliev said that he “permitted unacceptable things against employees and that would not happen again in the future.” “Which employees?” asked a voice-over. “Employees of the law enforcement agencies,” the man replied. Another man, Adam Sapraliev, noted that he participated in the mass fight on March 30, during which the policeman was injured. “I repent very much, I apologize to the employees,” said Adam Sapraliev. The man urged young people “not to participate in such events.” Another man, Magomed-Bashir Gagiev, also voiced his apology.
Let us remind you that the practice of public apologies, which has spread in different regions of Russia in recent years, is most actively used in Chechnya, but has begun taking root in Dagestan. In particular, the Dagestani Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has repeatedly published videos on the Instagram with detainees' apologies for various offenses and misdemeanours.
