Kadyrov condemns action with burning of Koran in Stockholm

Ramzan Kadyrov, the leader of Chechnya, reacted sharply to the action of Rasmus Paludan, the leader of the political party “Stram Kurs” (“Straight Course” or “Hard Line”), who burned the Koran near the Embassy of Turkey in Stockholm. The leader of Chechnya said that all persons involved in the above action had incurred eternal damnation.

“This offspring of hell has thus expressed the protest to Ankara, which votes against Sweden’s entry into NATO,” Ramzan Kadyrov wrote on his Telegram channel.

The leader of Chechnya suggested that some “political forces” stand behind the action organized by Rasmus Paludan. “It is reported that the action was agreed with Stockholm, but I am convinced that this vile act was not only approved, but, moreover, initiated and paid for by political forces. Otherwise, such a defiant provocation would never have received the approval,” Ramzan Kadyrov wrote.

Ankara condemned Rasmus Paludan’s act, calling it an “open violation” of the memorandum on joining NATO. In this regard, the visit of the Minister of Defence of Sweden to Turkey has been cancelled. In response, the authorities of Sweden have announced that they do not support Islamophobia, but there is “wide freedom of opinion” in the country, the “Kommersant” reports.

Earlier, the “Caucasian Knot” has reported that Ramzan Kadyrov called the situation in Western countries a “satanic democracy.” The leader of Chechnya called on the Muslims of the Caucasus to jihad against the West.
