Rostov citizen suspected of discrediting militaries

Law enforcers have drawn up a protocol on discrediting the Russian Army against a resident of Rostov-on-Don for his post in a social network.

In Rostov-on-Don, policemen have drawn up a protocol against a local resident who has placed, in the "VKontakte" social network, a post with a pacifist clip of the "Nogu Svelo" group (Maxim Pokrovsky, the group leader, has been put on the list of foreign agents, – note of the "Caucasian Knot"), the human rights project "OVD-Info"* has reported.
