Putin awards Kadyrov's daughter "For Merits to Fatherland"
By a Vladimir Putin's decree, Aishat Kadyrova, the Chechen Minister of Culture, has been awarded the medal of the Order "For Merits to Fatherland". This was announced by Akhmed Dudaev, the Chechen Minister of Press, in his Telegram channel. The merits of the Kadyrov's daughter in the progress of national culture and arts, and many years of her creative activities were named among the reasons for the award.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in March 2020, after a fashion show held by the "Firdaws" Fashion House in Paris, Ramzan Kadyrov awarded his daughter with the medal "For Merits to the Chechen Republic". Some residents of Chechnya then doubted the justification of the award.
The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that on March 4, 2023, Ramzan Kadyrov announced a meeting of his 17-year-old son Akhmat with President Putin. This meeting looked like a signal that power in Chechnya would be inherited, human rights defenders then noted.
