The Elbrus resort in Kabardino-Balkaria and the Veduchi in Chechnya have cancelled all festive events, the "Kavkaz RF" JSC has reported.
After the terror act near Moscow, all entertainment and mass events in Chechnya were cancelled. The head of the republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, wrote about this in his Telegram channel.
Security measures have been strengthened in the Stavropol Territory, and mass events have also been cancelled there, said the Governor, Vladimir Vladimirov.
Following a meeting with the heads of law enforcement bodies, Rashid Temrezov, the head of Karachay-Cherkessia, decided to introduce similar measures in his republic.
