Krasnodar law enforcers detain activist for posting stickers
Igor Karnaukhov, a resident of Krasnodar, has been detained for posting stickers of "The Other Russia of E. V. Limonov"; in his actions, law enforcers saw a demonstration of extremist symbols.
The detainee was taken to the police station of the Tsentralny District of Krasnodar, the human rights project "OVD-Info"* has informed.
The "Caucasian Knot" has also reported that a court in Krasnodar had found Ruslan Khubaev, a member of the election commission, who discovered ballot stuffing at a polling station, guilty of disrespect for authorities and public display of extremist symbols, and obliged him to pay a fine of 67,000 roubles. The first administrative case against him was initiated because of posting leaflets, and the second – because of the symbols of "The Other Russia of E. V. Limonov". The court has treated the symbols similar to the emblem of the National Bolshevik Party**.
