Woman from Astrakhan publicly apologizes for violating traffic rules

The Astrakhan Regional Branch of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has posted a video in which a local woman publicly apologized for the fact that, while driving her child to the hospital, she was in a hurry and failed to give way to pedestrians.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that over the past two months, the above MIA Branch posted a series of videos in which local residents apologize for various violations. Thus, on October 26, an Astrakhan man apologized for a conflict near a store; and on October 2, another local man apologized for using foul language in public transport.

The Astrakhan Regional Branch of the MIA has posted a video clip in its page in the "VKontakte" social network, in which a local woman publicly apologized for violating traffic rules. She said that on November 1, while driving, she failed to give way to pedestrians because she was in a hurry taking her child to the hospital. "I repent of what I did and ask everyone for forgiveness," the woman said.
