In January 2025, no victims recorded in armed conflict in Northern Caucasus

In January 2025, no information was received about any casualties and victims in the armed conflict in Northern Caucasus. These are the results of the calculations run by the “Caucasian Knot” based on its own materials and information from open sources.

In January 2025, in all the regions of Northern Caucasus, namely in Dagestan, Ingushetia, Kabardino-Balkaria, Karachay-Cherkessia, North Ossetia-Alania, Stavropol Territory and Chechnya, no armed incidents or victims thereof were recorded.

The above statistics cannot present the number of victims with 100-percent accuracy. Not all the data get into news tapes. It is not always possible to verify the accuracy of the statements made by law enforcement bodies; and new data on the events of the reporting period sometimes become known after the publication of statistics by the "Caucasian Knot".

Earlier, in December 2024, no victims were recorded in Northern Caucasus either.
