The administration also left phone numbers for collecting requests for water delivery and reported that water can be obtained for free from vending machines selling clean water.

Water was only supplied today by lunchtime, and there has been no power since the evening of August 10, Rustam, a resident of Michurin Street, told a "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

"There was no water supply in a number of areas of the city until the power supply was restored on August 11, 2025 at 06:00. At present, the power supply to the water treatment facilities has been fully restored. Pumping units are being launched, tanks and main water pipes are being filled. During the day, the water supply will be fully restored and transferred to normal operation mode," the Unified Water Supply Operator informed on its Telegram channel.

"Not only was Kaspiysk without power, but now it was also without water. Of course, there are no generators or lightning rods for such facilities. This is just some kind of trash. Where are all the people responsible for the city, just where are they? Why are there no inspections from Moscow when they are so necessary? The city is simply abandoned to its fate!", the Telegram channel of the Chernovik newspaper published an appeal from a subscriber.
