Rally prepared in Ingushetia with demand to dismiss Zyazikov and return Aushev

The Ingushetian opposition is now preparing a nationwide rally, where they plan to put forward the demand of resignation of Murat Zyazikov and return of Ruslan Aushev back to the post of the president of the Republic.

Magomed Khazbiev, head of the organizing committee of the rally, has reported today that in the next few days an appeal will be sent to President of Russia Dmitri Medvedev with a request to recommend Ruslan Aushev to the post of the President of Ingushetia; the appeal will be accompanied by signatures of 80,000 citizens of the republic.

"Because of the fact that the situation in the republic becomes worse day after day, people perish, and we are already accused of passiveness and allegedly finding 'common language' with corrupted Zyazikov's regime, we made a decision to speed preparation of the nationwide rally. I think that the event will cover the whole republic. People are sick and tired of waiting for changes for the better," The "Ingushetia.Ru" is quoting Magomed Khazbiev as saying.

In his turn, Maksharip Aushev, head of the coordinating committee of the forces of national protest of Ingushetia, has informed that the nationwide rally will be held in strict conformity with the law, and notifications will be sent under media's control.

On July 10 in Moscow, during the press conference to the topic "Growth of violence and lawlessness in Ingushetia. Who is guilty?", Magomed Khazbiev stated that the campaign of collecting signatures for return of Ruslan Aushev to the post of the president had brought 105,000 signatures, of which 80,000 were brought to Moscow, and 25,000 signatures were confiscated by Ingushetian UBOP (Department for Fighting Organized Crime) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs during a search in Ahmed Kotiev's house.
