Pavel Kosolapov accused of blowing up "Neva-Express" train
Under the criminal case on explosion on August 13, 2007, of the "Neva-Express" train, Pavel Kosolapov, suspected by the investigation of organizing and performing the terror act, has been announced into search.
The criminal case in relation to suspects Maksharip Khidriev and Salambek Dzakhkiev was appointed into separate proceedings.
The "Interfax" is quoting Vladimir Markin, official spokesman of the Investigatory Committee at the Prosecutor's Office (ICPO) of the Russian Federation, who said that the investigation has indicted Pavel Kosolapov in absentia of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train.
Pavel Kosolapov, an expert-blaster and Shamil Basaev's team-mate, is considered to be involved in the bloodiest explosions committed in Russia.
