Two residents of Ingushetia disappear in Moscow
In Moscow, two residents of Ingushetia have disappeared. Their relatives have addressed with applications to the Human Rights Centre (HRC) "Memorial" in Nazran.
We remind you that last February a tragic accident took place with resident of Ingushetia Batyr Kurkiev, who was beaten to death by teenagers in Moscow.
The disappearances of this September were reported to the HRC "Memorial" by two residents of Ingushetia: Leila Isaevna Khadzhaeva, who lives in Karabulak, and Magomet-Bashir Magomed-Gireevich Kostoev from Nazran.
Ms Khadzhaeva reports in her application that on the night of September 6, 2008, her husband - Zelimkhan Yakhyaevich Evloev, born in 1973, disappeared in Moscow. About midnight, Mr Evloev in his car model VAZ-2111 (registration number plate 207) left his relatives living in the Vavilov Street for the meeting with his friends in the Melnikov Street. On his way, Evloev called his friend by his mobile phone and said that he would soon arrive, but he never appeared.
Mr Magomet-Bashir Kostoev told about a similar situation. At night of September 4, 2008, his son, Rashid Magomet-Bashirovich Kostoev, born in 1985, a student of the Moscow Motor Road Institute, disappeared in Moscow. Rashid Kostoev lived in the apartment of his relatives. On September 3 he was seeing off his cousin from the Paveletskiy Railway Station who left for Saratov. It is known that about midnight Rashid put his cousin into the train and went to the exit from the station. He was going home but never appeared there. His mobile phone did not answer. His relatives initiated their independent search, but it was fruitless.
These missing residents of Ingushetia did not know each other and had never been attracted to any liability, the HRC "Memorial" reports.
