Parliamentarians of Southern Caucasian countries are to discuss ways of regional conflicts settlement
A meeting of Armenian, Georgian and Azerbaijan parliamentarians under the aegis of the London information network on conflicts and state-building (LINKS), a British non-government organization, is to take place in Scotland before the middle of October. The meeting will be devoted to the issues of the settlement of conflicts in the Southern Caucasus, particularly, the Nagorno-Karabah and Abkhazian confrontations, on which experts will present their opinions and recommendations. LINKS representative Dennis Sammut, UK Member of Parliament Angus Robertson, and Georgian Parliament Vice-Speaker Vakhtang Kolbaya spoke about it at their meeting in Tbilisi on September 15.
