ICPO inspector's house shelled from grenade launcher in Ingushetia

In Troitskaya village, Sunzha District of Ingushetia, unidentified persons have attacked from a grenade launcher and firearms the house belonging to the inspector of the Investigatory Division of the ICPO for Sunzha District of the Russian Federation. This news has come from the ICPO itself.

"At about 10:40 p.m. Moscow time on April 2, unidentified persons shelled the household where the inspector lives," said a source from the ICPO.

There were no casualties and wounded people, but the house was damaged, the "Interfax" reports.

The "Ingushetia.Org" website writes that villagers of Troitskaya report that they heard numerous shots in the vicinity of village administration and police station.

In Ingushetia, employees of the Prosecutor's Office are quite often subjected to attempts and attacks. Thus, one day before the shelling of the inspector's house in Troitskaya, on April 1, in Nazran a self-made bomb was blown up in the yard of the house belonging to Zelimkhan Geliskhanov, prosecutor from Moscow Prosecutor's Office. His wife was at home at that moment. The explosion caused no victims, but the house was slightly damaged.

On March 1, in Ekazhevo village, Nazran District of Ingushetia, unidentified persons threw a grenade into the yard of Hussein Sakalov, assistant of the public prosecutor of the republic. Its explosion was fortunately harmless.

Earlier, on February 24, in Nazran  Ahmet Torshkhoev, assistant of the Republic's Prosecutor, was murdered. And on December 1, 2008, an attempt was made on family of Girikhan Khazbiev, former public prosecutor of the Nazran District of Ingushetia. The blown-up grenade made no harm.
