Zyazikov's uncle kidnapped in Ingushetia
Today, at about midday, in Ingushetia, near his house, when coming out of the mosque, Ursukhan Zyazikov, uncle of the president of the Republic, was kidnapped in the village of Barsuki.
The ITAR-TASS reports that one of the guards was wounded in the attack. According to the "Ingushetia.Ru," at the moment of kidnapping, two close relatives were accompanying the old man; they both got gunshot wounds and were taken to hospital. Now, actions are underway to search and catch the kidnappers.
On the fact of the kidnapping, the Office of Public Prosecutor of Ingushetia has excited a criminal case. "The criminal case was initiated under Part 2, Article 126, of the Criminal Code (CC) (kidnapping a person), Part 2, Article 112, of the CC (deliberate medium gravity harm to one's health) and under Article 222 of the CC (illegal storage, transportation or bearing of weapon)," Makhmud Kalimatov, Public Prosecutor of the Republic, told by telephone from Ingushetia.
Plan "Perekhvat" (Interception) was put into action in the Republic, the RIA "Novosti" reports. "All the measures are taken to detain the VAZ-21112 passenger car of silvery colour, in which the criminals drove away," the Public Prosecutor has told.
