The European Court for Human Rights has satisfied the complaint of Mikhail Trepashkin, retired FSB colonel, against his custody conditions at the Pre-Trial Detention Facility (SIZO) of the Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Dmitrov, the "Gazeta.Ru" reports.

The press service of the Court informs that the Court has obliged Russia to pay out 3,000 euros to Trepashkin as compensation. The judges found that Russia had violated Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights (regarding prohibition of tortures).
