Anna Politkovskaya's murder case re-arrived to court

The murder case of the observer of "Novaya Gazeta" Anna Politkovskaya has arrived to the Moscow Regional Military Court for repeated consideration, as reported by Alexander Minchanovskiy, press secretary of the Court.

The ITAR-TASS quotes his words: "The date of consideration has not been appointed yet."

Earlier, the Military Panel of the Supreme Court decided to cancel the acquittal verdict passed this February to four figurants in the case, and sent the case to new consideration by another court composition at the Moscow Regional Military Court.

The parties in the litigation think that the trial will restart not earlier than in autumn. Until then, all the figurants, except Hadjikurbanov, will stay at large. Their freedom deprivation regime, if demanded by the prosecutor's office, can be changed only upon the start of the trial.
