Sakalov: President of Ingushetia Evkurov will soon get back to work
Makhmud Sakalov, Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Ingushetia, has reported at the sitting of the national parliament that President Yunus-Bek Evkurov, wounded as a result of a terror act, is now much better; Mr Evkurov is 46 today.
The ITAR-TASS reports with reference to Mr Sakalov that President of Ingushetia will return to work in the near future.
On July 20, Evkurov said, while steel in hospital bed, that he was much better and would soon return home. According to his story, he is closely tracing the situation in the republic, and a lot of things, first of all, the continuing acts of terrorism, where women and children perish, "bring grieve and sad thoughts." He threatened those who go on with their crimes with inevitable punishment. "It's not just a threat, it's a reality. They will be liquidated. This was the end of all criminal forces; this will be the end of these ones," his appeal runs.
In the meantime, President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev congratulated his Ingush counterpart on his birthday and wished him prompt recovery and return to work, as reported by the ITAR-TASS with referenced to Natalia Timakova, Mr Medvedev's press secretary.
