Mamedyarov's relatives planned to send him away from Dagestan after expiry of his recognizance not to leave

Relatives of Nariman Mamedyarov, who disappeared on September 10 in Makhachkala, had planned to send him out of the republic. Fizuli Asaliev, Mamedyarov's stepbrother, said about it to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. According to his story, in September they expected that Mamedyarov's recognizance not to leave would be lifted.

Nariman Mamedyarov was a witness in Magomed Kurbanov's case, who was accused of taking part in the armed underground; therefore Nariman was under recognizance not to leave. "We had planned to send him to Russia after expiry of his recognizance not to leave for working and earning money peacefully there; however, he has disappeared," said Fizuli Asaliev.

According to his version, so far, despite their applications about Nariman's disappearance submitted to all possible instances, there is no information about his fate from law enforcement bodies and prosecutor's office; therefore his relatives pan to start their independent searches. They have already visited the morgue, but Nariman was not found there.

According to his brother, Nariman did not tell anybody about any shadowing, unlike the similar situation last year, when he told his family and relatives about being under surveillance.
