FSB: 2009 "Neva-Express" train explosion case solved
The case of blowing up the "Neva-Express" train, committed in 2009, is solved. The FSB (Federal Security Bureau) of Russia reports that the Kartoevs' grouping headed by Said Buryatskiy was in charge of the crime.
"In one of the households we found an underground workshop used by militants to manufacture self-made bombs. In the course of examination, we found exhibits evidencing involvement of Kartoevs' grouping in blowing up the "Neva-Express" train in 2009, and technical means identical to those withdrawn from the venue of a similar terror act of 2007," the Gazeta.Ru" quotes the FSB statement.
Besides, under FSB assertions, 15 other especially dangerous crimes were revealed, committed by this grouping, including murders of law enforcers, explosions of life-support objects and infrastructure, as the "Interfax" reports.
