Former militiaman Dymovskiy would not apologize to his militia bosses
Militia Major Alexei Dymovskiy, who earlier poured criticism on high-ranking MIA officers, is not going to apologize to militia bosses of Novorossisk and is going to place new exposing video materials in the Internet.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 23 the Primorskiy District Court of Novorossisk obliged Dymovskiy to pay 50,000 roubles of compensation to Vladimir Chernositov, head of the Novorossisk UVD (Interior Department), and Valery Medvedev, head of the Primorskiy ROVD (District Interior Division), and give public apologies to them.
However, as reported by the "RBC" (RosBusinessConsulting), instead of apologies the former militiaman has promised to publish his new video appeal on the YouTube, on the Astronautics Day, April 12, where, as he asserts, he will give concrete evidences of corruption in law enforcement bodies.
"The Judge's ruling is not effective until the verdict of the Supreme Court. We shall go up to the end," said Dymovskiy.
According to his story, what happened at the Primorskiy Court of Novorossisk can be named as "inquisition". Dymovskiy said that he had asked to hold a closed session to be able to present classified documents, which, according to his story, could prove his rightness. Also, he asked to make a request on the fact of changing passport data by the head of the Primorskiy ROVD, where he had a notice about his previous conviction. But the federal judge rejected all his petitions.
The ex-militiaman has added that "there is confidential information about the order to 'shut up' him before March 31 by all means by incriminating drug dealing," the "Interfax" reports.
