Militiamen suspected of negligence that caused Stavropol terror act
The Russian ICPO has initiated criminal cases against the officials of the GUVD (Chief Interior Department) of the Stavropol Territory, who had demonstrated their negligence in preparation for the concert at the local Palace of Culture. This was announced by Vladimir Markin, official spokesman of the ICPO.
According to his story, it was established that the militiamen who inspected the Stavropol Palace of Culture and the surrounding territory before the concert of the "Vainakh" Company, had been negligent in their official duties; therefore, the explosion became possible, the "Interfax-South" reports.
34 terror act victims are still in Stavropol hospitals. As reported by the regional centre of accidental medicine, two of them are in extremely grave condition, six more are grave, while the rest are stable, the ITAR-TASS reports.
