The person accused of murder of Umar Israilov sentenced to life imprisonment
The court in Vienna acknowledged Otto Kultenbrunner guilty of the murder of Umar Israilov, Ramzan Kadyrov's former security guard, and sentenced him to life imprisonment.
Umar Israiov was killed on January, 13, 2009, near his house in Vienna. Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that Umar Israiov who got a political asylum in Austria in 2006 submitted a complaint to the European Court of Human Rights in which he stated that Head of Chechnya Ramzan Radyrov had personally participated in murders, tortures and kidnapping.
Three natives of Chechnya having the refugee status were convicted for Israilov's murder: Otto Kultenbrunner (original name before immigration to Austria - Ramzan Edilov), Suleiman Dadaev and Turpal-Ali Yesherkaev.
Kultenbrunner's accomplices Dadaev and Yesherkaev were sentenced to 19 and 16 years of custody respectively.
According to Public prosecutor's office of Austria, Lecha Bogatyrev, the direct executor of the murder, is still in search, BBC reports.
It should be reminded that Public prosecutor's office of Austria had demanded to sentence all the three persons accused of Umar Israilov's murder to life imprisonment.
