Interior Troops official wounded in Grozny
Andrey Burkovsky, chief of the staff of the Interior Troops commandant's office, has been wounded in Grozny, reported a source in local law enforcement agencies.
"The commandant's office in a street corner in Grozny was bombed and shot at 10:53 p.m. on Sunday. Lieutenant Colonel Burkovsky was wounded by the bomb explosion," the source added. Reply fire was opened at the unidentified attackers.
A team of detectives and investigators is working at the scene.
