Ashot Gulyan: neither Armenia nor Nagorny Karabakh has ever prohibited from participation of Azerbaijan representatives in international meetings
Foreign Minister of the Republic of Nagorny Karabakh Ashot Gulyan has given comments on the refusal of the Azerbaijan authorities to receive the Armenian representatives at NATO's conference in Baku. (Editor's note: The conference started on January 12. The Armenian delegation, about participation of which a clamor has been raised, has never arrived.) "Neither Armenia nor Nagorny Karabakh has ever prohibited from the participation of Azerbaijan representatives in actions of such a kind. Our point of view has been that by these not numerous meetings, we can lay the foundation of the future contacts and set at least a minimum of trust, which is so necessary in the present situation," said the minister.
