New York Life insurance company launches payments to Armenians - victims of genocide in Turkey
New York Life Insurance Company agreed to pay out $20 million to cover insurance policies of Armenians killed as a result of the 1915 genocide in the Ottoman Empire. The company will make payments to descendants of the genocide victims to cover 2.4 thousand policies.
To note, Armenian organizations are carrying out large-scale work today to reveal closed data about insurance policies and bank accounts of the genocide victims in Turkey.
