NGO activists detained during a meeting on February 23 to stand trial on March 16 and 17
On February 27, secretary of the Russian Radicals movement Nikolay Khramov received a subpoena to appear at the Meschansky District Court on March 17.
As a press release by the Transnational Radical Party reads, Khramov is to appear in court as there will be a hearing of the administrative case in connection with his detention during a meeting on Lubyanskaya Square in commemoration of the 60th anniversary of the Chechen genocide ordered by Stalin. To remind, the meeting was banned by the Moscow authorities.
The second organizer of the meeting, executive director of the Movement for Human Rights Lev Ponomarev also received a subpoena. He is to appear at the Meschansky Court on March 16.
