Antiwar picket to be staged on Pushkinskaya Square on April 22
An antiwar picket will be staged on Pushkinskaya Square on April 22. The prefecture of Moscow's Central administrative district granted permission for the action after a month ban. The picket will be devoted to the Aril 8 air bombing in the Chechen village of Rigakhoy. Mandash Tsintsayev and her five small children died that day when a missile hit her house and it collapsed. Picket participants will distribute informational materials about the incident. They will stage the picket to express their protest against ongoing violence in Chechnya and sorrow at the new victims.
