Armenian opposition stop dialogue with power

The Armenian opposition have made a decision to stop dialogue with the coalition of three ruling parties, which has the majority of parliamentary seats, secretary of the opposition parliamentary faction Justice Viktor Dallakian told a press conference on Tuesday, April 27.

Representatives of the opposition and faction leaders of the three-party coalition, composed of the Republican Party of Armenia, the Orinats Erkir (Country of Law) party, and the Dashnaktsutyun party, took part in the talks that were conducted earlier on Tuesday on the initiative of the parliament speaker.

"It is essential for the talks that both the sides have good will. But the ruling coalition doesn't have it, therefore we find it pointless to continued the dialogue," Mr Dallakian said.
