The signatures were collected mainly in the Achkhoy-Martan, Urus-Martan, and Shali districts of Chechnya, in Grozny, and in the tent camps Satsita and Rassvet in Ingushetia.
Meanwhile, an enlarged meeting devoted to Akhmadov's plan was held in the office of the organization in the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya in Ingushetia on May 15. Its participants were leaders and activists of Sintar's regional branches from different districts of the Chechen Republic and the Republic of Ingushetia. They decided to arrange the round table discussion "Akhmadov's Plan as a Way to Stop the Russian-Chechen War" in the second half of June and to invite Chechen, Russian and may be international public, political and human rights organizations to take part in it.
