3 detained in Grozny
Officers of Russian security agencies captured and took away in an unknown direction three young people in the Leninsky district of Grozny on June 4. According to locals, the detained men are residents of the Vedeno district of the republic: Misirov, Ginayev, and Giriyev. The reason for the detention remained unknown. The residents of Grozny believe Misirov, Ginayev, and Giriyev may have been detained because they did not have a town residence permit. The locals witness that during special operations in Grozny and other Chechen settlements, military men and officers of security agencies first detain people who have no a residence permit for the address where they are found at the moment of the raid. They detained the people and took them "to ascertain circumstances". The whereabouts and further destiny of the Vedeno residents detained in Grozny have not been established so far.
