Sochi Court refuses to postpone eviction of Dyakov family with many children

In Sochi, the court has refused the Dyakov family with many children in postponement of the enforcement of the decision on their eviction from a municipal building. Thus, the court has supported the demands of the City Mayor's Office. Tatiana Dyakova has called the court's decision fatal to her family members.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on March 13, 2015, at the claim filed by the Sochi City Mayor's Office, the Central District Court of Sochi pronounced the decision to evict Tatiana Dyakova and Fyodor Dyakov with their children from an apartment of the manoeuvre fund. The spouses appealed to City Mayor Anatoly Pakhomov with a request to conclude an amicable agreement and allocate social housing to them.

According to Tatiana Dyakova, on June 3, she appealed to the Central District Court of Sochi with an appeal "to postpone the enforcement actions."

Furthermore, the mother of many children has challenged the judge. She has motivated her request by the fact that "while pronouncing the decision of eviction, the court had failed to take into account the opinion of the guardianship authorities." However, the judge has refused to grant the request.

Meanwhile, according to Tatiana Dyakova, an official from the Mayor's Office demanded from the judge "to make a decision to dismiss the appeal filed by the Dyakov family." The position of the Mayor's Office was also supported by the prosecutor.

The court ruling notes that the official from the Mayor's Office asked to attach to the case the resolution of the Sochi Mayor to allocate the apartment, occupied by the Dyakov family, to another family: a mother Pashkova and a son Pashkov.

Meanwhile, on July 1, Tatiana Dyakov explained that "the mother Pashkova refused to take the apartment because of its poor condition, mould and mildew on the walls."
