In Makhachkala, participants of the rally decided to finish their protest action after a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister of the Dagestani government. The official promised to try to reveal the whereabouts of four disappeared residents of Dagestan until 11:00 a.m. on October 6.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that today, at the rally, about 60 people have demanded from the authorities to inform them of the whereabouts of their relatives Gashim Uzdanov, Pakhrudin Makhaev, Islam Magomedov, and Shamil Djamalutdinov. The Makhachkala authorities asked the protestors to stop the rally and promised "to arrange a meeting with the person to answer their questions."

According to the relatives of the disappeared residents of Dagestan, tonight, they met Deputy Prime Minister Ramazan Jafarov.

Madina Islamova, the wife of Shamil Djamaludinov, has noted that in case if the relatives of the disappeared men "do not receive the information on their whereabouts till October 6, they will come to a rally again."

Let us remind you that the relatives of Kaspiysk residents Shamil Djamalutdinov and Islam Magomedov filed complaints about their disappearance in late September.
