Power agents report burning down militants’ camp in Dagestan

In the course of the counterterrorist operation (CTO), conducted November 26-28 in three districts of Dagestan, a summer militants’ camp was found near the village of Endirey, said a local law enforcement source.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 26 law enforcers introduced the CTO regime with the aim of searching for militants in the Kazbek, Kizilyurt and Khasavyurt District of Dagestan. It was lifted on November 29.

According to the source, the militants’ summer camp "was found during the searching activities carried out within the CTO, conducted in the three district of Dagestan."

The source has added that the camp was found four kilometres southeast of the village of Endirey, the Khasavyurt District, and "was liquidated by burning down."
