Bust of Stalin to be erected in Dagestani capital
Members of the local branch of the Russian Communist Party along with their supporters unveiled a memorial board with a bas-relief of Stalin on the square in front of the Makhachkala station on January 20. Dagestani Communists are going to go further. They are going to address the Dagestani government after the January session of the republican government with the initiative to erect a bust of Stalin in Makhachkala.
Meanwhile, the bust, made in Saint Petersburg, is in the private office of the secretary of the party's republican committee, who is convinced that the bust of the leader will take the place it deserves by the 60th anniversary of Victory [in World War II].
