Blogger Alexander Lapshin discharged from hospital in Azerbaijan
On September 12, blogger Alexander Lapshin, freed from serving the remainder of his sentence by the resolution on pardon issued by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliev, was discharged from the Central Clinical Hospital (CCH). This was reported by the spokesperson for the CCH.

In his address to the President of Azerbaijan, the blogger has also stated he regrets what he had done. Alexander Lapshin noted while he was visiting Nagorno-Karabakh, he did not have any reliable information about the events in the region. "I hope the problem of Karabakh will be settled taking into account the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan," the blogger emphasized in his letter.
