The hunger-strikers note "the authorities' complete indifference to the problem of thousands of people in Krasnodar, who fell victim to dishonest developers and bureaucrats."
According to the initiative group, some 220 million roubles are needed to complete the construction of their residential complex.
"Out of 15 initial hunger-strikers, we are now five, who continue. Not everyone could withstand such a burden on the human organism," said Alexander Shevchuk, a hunger-striker.
According to his story, yesterday he himself has to call an ambulance.
His colleague Vera Travushkina has added that the leadership of the Prikuban District "announced that this month there would be no financing of their construction," as all the funds will go to another problematic house.
