Navalny voices out his programme to supporters in Astrakhan (+video)

Today, Alexei Navalny, immediately after his release from custody, has flown to Astrakhan to speak to his supporters at a rally. He said that being the president, he would cut military spending, direct funds to the medicine and collect foreign debts to Russia.

Alexei Navalny wants to run for the presidency of Russia at the election on March 18, 2018. In the regions of Southern Russia, over 2000 volunteers work for him, says the material of the "Caucasian Knot" entitled "Navalny's Volunteers: Pre-Paid PR Or New Political Power?"

The opposition leader has promised that if he becomes president, he will not forgive any economic debt of any country to Russia. "Prior to my arrest, I learned that Putin had given money to gasify Kyrgyzstan; let him better given this money to gasify the Smolensk and Astrakhan Regions," he said.

Alexei Navalny also told the audience that his programme envisages to abolish the "Roskomnadzor", cut military and police costs, and direct the funds to the health care.
