Tourists from Chechnya and Dagestan complain about non-admission to Georgia
The entrance to the territory of Georgia is closed for residents of Dagestan and Chechnya after the special operation in Tbilisi, users of social networks report.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the special operation in Tbilisi continued from the evening of November 21 until the evening of November 22. In the course of the shootout, one special troop's fighter was killed, and four others were wounded. Three suspected militants were killed, and one was detained.
According to local residents, the special operation was conducted against natives from Chechnya. This information was confirmed by Umar Idigov, the head of the "Caucasus Integration Foundation".
Today, Marat Kurbanov, a resident of Makhachkala, wrote in his Facebook page about the ban on entrance of residents of Dagestan and Chechnya to Georgia.
"Many Dagestanis and Chechens have been sent back," Marat Kurbanov wrote from the Russian-Georgian border.
"We're going home. Everyone was sent back," Kurbanov answered network users' comments.
Alina Turaeva, a Facebook user, writes that her girlfriend could not get to the territory of Georgia.
"Just the day before yesterday my girlfriend was returned, without explanation of reasons and without an apology, 40 minutes later by the same flight she had flown to Georgia. Everything had started beautifully: she flew to her friend's birthday with gifts and flowers. I myself did not dare to fly out. Soon the foreign passport, issued in Dagestan, will be treated as a disgrace, "Alina Turaeva has noted.
