Azerbaijan claims shelling of six villages in Karabakh conflict zone

Units of the Armenian Armed Forces have violated the ceasefire regime in various directions of the front 135 times during a day, the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) reports today.

The positions of the Azerbaijani armed forces in the villages of Kemerli, Ferekhli, Guschu Airym, Gyzylgadjyly, Agbulag, Garalar and on the nameless heights in the territory of the Gazakh Districts were shelled, the Azerbaijani MoD reports on its website.

According to the Azerbaijani MoD's report, the positions of the Azerbaijani army were shelled from "the positions deployed near the occupied villages" of Chilyabyurt, Yarymdja, Shykhlar, Bash Karvend, Djevakhirli, Garagashly, Shirvanly, Yusifdjanly, Merzili, Kuropatkino, Ashagy Veiselli, Gobu Dilagarda, Karvend, Garakhanbeili, Ashagy Seyidakhmedli, Gorgan, Kyurdlyar, Goradiz, Nyuzgyar, and Mekhdili.

Till present, the Ministries of Defence for Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh have not yet commented on their websites on the above report released by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence.
