Vladimir Vasiliev promises 2 million roubles to repair every dilapidated school in Dagestan

On March 12, acting Dagestani leader Vladimir Vasiliev announced that the problem of dilapidated schools is to be solved by the method of "all-nation construction" with allocation of the money from the Dagestani budget and investment of the funds by outstanding natives of a district or a city.

Special attention to the old schools was given at a meeting of the Dagestani government held on March 12.

"We agreed to resolve the problem by the method of 'all-nation construction': 2 million roubles will be allocated to each school from the Dagestani budget, and part of the funds will be spent at the expense of outstanding people from a district or a city. The time has come when the problem is to be resolved," said acting Dagestani leader Vladimir Vasiliev during the meeting of the government.

He has also noted that "given available opportunities, we should combine resources and efforts to address a number of problems that directly affect people and specific residential settlements." "When you choose this way, you will always find understanding and support," Vladimir Vasiliev assured.
