Soldier killed by mine explosion in Nagorno-Karabakh

An inquiry has been launched into the circumstances of the death of Ruslan Manukyan, who perished on April 17 in the Karabakh conflict zone, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR) has reported.

Ruslan Manukyan died "on the defensive section of the military unit of the NKR's Defence Army."

The MoD's press release states that "a serviceman Ruslan Manukyan, born in 1998, was killed by a mine explosion."
