Azerbaijan claims 91 acts of shelling from Armenia

During the last 24 hours, Armenian militaries violated the ceasefire on the frontline for 91 times, by using large-calibre machine guns, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has stated today.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 14, Azerbaijan counted 88 shelling episodes in the conflict zone. Earlier, Nagorno-Karabakh stated, in its weekly report, about 200 bombardments from the Azerbaijani side during August 5-11.

On August 14-15, the opponent shelled the positions of the Azerbaijani Army stationed in four villages – Kokhnegyshlag of the Agstafa District, Gushchu Airym of the Gazakh District, Agdam of the Tovuz District and Geyali of the Gedabek District.

Today, by 9:00 a.m. Moscow time, the MoDs of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh has not commented on the above statements in their websites.
