Social network users condemn Kadyrov's law enforcers for killing children in Chechnya

Ramzan Kadyrov's order to enhance control over residents of the republic and the statements concerning the alleged guilt of the killed teenagers' parents were made against the backdrop of a discussion in social networks, where many residents of Chechnya called the killing of the minors an excessive use of force.

Law enforcers detained men from the families of the teenagers who attacked policemen and questioned friends of the killed young people, residents of Chechnya reported. The leader of Chechnya has stated that "parents bear personal responsibility for the actions of their children."

To justify the law enforcers' actions, the authorities of Chechnya have used a video in which the teenagers swore allegiance to the banned terrorist organization "Islamic State" (IS).

In the Instagram communities hello_grozny and realchechnya, Chechen residents wrote that they did not consider the video showing the teenagers swearing allegiance to the IS leader as an excuse for the killing, although many commentators accused the parents of the killed minors of poor responsibility.

"An 11-year-old child was killed by 'heroes,' although they should have given him a chance," wrote venera03021716.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that 18-year-old Magomed Musaev was a suspected organizer of the attack. The "Grozny" TV Channel released a video in which the father of the young man "cursed his son and those who embarked on the path of terror."
