Azerbaijan reports shelling of its positions in two villages

During the past day, the ceasefire regime in the conflict zone was violated 90 times, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for Azerbaijan reported.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on August 29, Azerbaijan registered 89 cases of shelling from Armenia. A day earlier, on August 28, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) for Nagorno-Karabakh reported that the OSCE mission found nod violations of the ceasefire regime on the contact line of the armed forces. On August 25, Nagorno-Karabakh accused Azerbaijan of 200 cases of shelling during a week.

On August 29-30, the ceasefire regime was violated 90 times. The positions of the Azerbaijani army in the village of Gyzylgadjyly in the Gazakh District and in the village of Mundjuglu in the Tovuz District, as well as in the nameless heights in the Gadabay District, were shelled, the website of the Azerbaijani MoD reports today.

By 8:53 a.m. Moscow time on today, the official websites for the Ministries of Defence for Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh have posted no comments on the Azerbaijani MoD's statement.
